The balance rail (account-to-account transfers on the platform) has a configurable fee — default 1.5%, with no minimum.

x402 settlement is live on Base mainnet with USDC and EURC. The facilitator supports Base, Base Sepolia, Ethereum, and Polygon.
Who holds the keys?
Custody is delegated to Coinbase CDP. Agent keys are held and signed by CDP; Arispay enforces your spend limits server-side before anything signs.
