- Is the sandbox really free?
- Yes. Sandbox mode uses a mock payment provider that simulates card authorisation and capture. You can register unlimited agents, onboard unlimited users, and process unlimited test payments — no credit card required, no time limit.
- What is the 2.5% processing fee?
- The 2.5% is the card processing fee charged on each card on-ramp. This covers the cost of processing real Visa and Mastercard payments through Fiserv. USDC stablecoin payments have 0% processing — no markup on crypto rails. There are no additional transaction fees, no per-payment flat fees, and no hidden charges.
- When do I start paying?
- When you subscribe to a paid plan and process real payments. The 2.5% card processing fee only applies to live card transactions. USDC payments have 0% processing. Sandbox payments, failed authorisations, and declined payments are never charged.
- Are all features really included on every plan?
- Yes. Agent hierarchies, circuit breakers, spend limits, analytics, compliance export, webhooks — everything is available on every paid plan. The only difference between plans is how much payment volume you can process per month.
- What happens if I exceed my volume limit?
- We will notify you when you approach your plan limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. Payments are not interrupted mid-month — we will work with you to find the right plan.
- How does billing work?
- Your subscription is billed monthly. The 2.5% card processing fee is calculated on each successful card on-ramp and settled at the end of each billing cycle. USDC payments incur no processing fee. You receive a detailed invoice showing every payment processed across both rails.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Yes. Pay annually and get two months free: Starter at $49/year, Growth at $99/year, and Unlimited at $250/year.
- Is USDC really 0% processing?
- Yes. USDC stablecoin payments on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, and Solana have zero processing fees from Arispay. Users pay only standard network gas fees. You pay just your subscription. We don't take a cut of on-chain transfers.
- Which wallets are supported for USDC?
- Any wallet that supports WalletConnect, including Trust Wallet, MetaMask, and Phantom. Users link their wallet, approve a USDC spending allowance, and your agents can execute payments on-chain. Non-custodial — Arispay never holds user funds.
